| Im an ultra runner who loves trails but I also do 5k and 10k road races. LACES Have never had a problem with them coming untied. BREATHABILITY Quite good. IN WATER They will get your feet wet if you jump through puddles but they dry fast. OUTSOLE They have good grip and rock protection. ON ROAD Ive worn them for 25-30 mile runs where I did 50 50 trail road. They felt good. SIZE True to size. I keep coming back for more pairs. I think its a great trail shoe. |
