| I ordered shoes that were too narrow and returned them. When I did I ommitted the return voucher. I e-mailed them my mistake. They received the package e-mailed me they had it and quickly credited my account. I ordered another pair of shoes and will get all my shoes from sotw in the future. Very responsive and efficient. Outstanding |
