The ADIDAS Kanadia is a very comfortable running shoe. Nice rugged sole for trail running with very ventilated mesh areas. I feel it is true to size. I did read some reviews that complained about it not being wide enough but I do have a narrow foot so its a good fit for me. My only complaint is the lack of arch support. I have very high arches so I purchased a small support to put inside the shoes. Otherwise a great shoe at a great price. - Anonymous
